The content of the third letter may refer to the following:
1. Issues affecting the vital interests of teachers and students;
2. Reflect on issues related to work, services, etc. of relevant units, departments and individuals;
3. Suggestions concerning school reform, development and stability;
4. Other issues that need to be addressed by the school.
Article 4 proposes one letter for each case, so that the handling department can deal with and respond in a targeted manner to improve efficiency.
